Bring on the Glitz! offers the following Returns Policy:

Returns are only accepted if the item is inaccurately described or is defective, otherwise all sales are final.

Due to the personal nature of our products, Bring on the Glitz items are guaranteed against defective craftsmanship for a period of 3 days from date of receipt.

Please contact us within three 3 days of receiving your item if you have any concerns. Item must be returned in the manufacturers packaging wrap and is subject to inspection. Refund/exchange given upon receipt of return and is via paypal. Thank you very much for your understanding

We take great pride in providing our customers with the best product possible. However, in the event you receive an item that is defective, simply notify us immediately at Admin@BringontheGlitz.com stating what the problem is. Defective Items must be returned with the original packing materials. Once we have received the item and verified the condition by our Quality Assurance Specialists, we will gladly refund your purchase.
